  Me and my family 1st started off at Watkins then proceeded to Dorth - Williamson just checking prices. After we finished meeting with Terrance who was so ummmmmm down to earth and Real I had to go with them ...it wasn't so much about the $ but real compassion with a twist of real.
  My actually memorial service for my husband was So Nice Dorth - Williamson did there thang and I'm forever appreciative...

  My experince with this place was ok at the begining but, when we did the arrangements for my nephew cremation, I specifically told the director that I wanted everything he was wearing (gown, blanket and rosary) for it was the only physical memory my sister will have of her son. But, when we picked my nephew remains that was the only thing handed to us, we asked for the belongings he said "Oh Yes" (as if forgotten) he only gave me the blanket and rosary and gown went missing. He said hospital didn't him the gown that what he gave me was it. I did tell him I was going to the call hospital.So I called and went to the hospital, I spoke with many staff personally (form nurses, photographer, greiving consular and director,)all open and willing to talk me they felt upset for the blame they all told me that baby was give to Williamson Mortuary with all personal belongings that my nephew had on at time the mother turn him in because the gown was a gift for the mother. They asure me that he was dress and bundle as left by mother when the mortuary picked him up. I called back "Williamson Mortuary" till today have not received a call back from the director almost 2 week.. This was my sister first child and loss him 5 months into her pregnacy that was the only clothing that he wore and only physical memory of him. This place took that only memory from her. Only a person who has had such a great loss know how little things like this are important and priceless. Never will I recommed this place to no one they only care for the $$ not the feelings.
